St Louis City Skyline.

Until just the last month there was no place where you could take this image unless you were on the river. Last month they opened a new park in Illinois with an observation platform that gets you high enough to shoot the St. Louis skyline.

It is impossible to get a clear image in St. Louis during the summer because of the heat haze unless you are there right after a rain shower.
